Restaurant- Billing & Cashing:
The module manages all the processes of a restaurant. It has all the features that is required for the smooth working of a restaurant. The features provided by the module are:
- KOT generation is managed by the module.
- Bill, payments, packing, home delivery all these processes are managed this module.
- Table reservation and cancellation of reservation are managed by this module.
- The module also give reminders for customer Birthday & Anniversaries
Store Module:
The store module is used to manage store of your hotel. All inward and outward flow of materials from the store is monitored by this module. The features provided by this module are:
- Store requisition slip for each item is generated by this module.
- Item received against SRS is also verified. This will keep a check on expanses.
- Manages detailed records of various items issued to different departments.
- Module also manages the records of items returned to the suppliers and items sent to scrap.
Customer Relationship Management Module:
Good customer’s relationship is key to success for any hotel. CRM module of our product helps user in maintaining healthy relationship with its customers. It maintains the record of customer feedback. Features provided by this module are:
- Keeps records of Birthday, Anniversary Dates of regular customers.
- Maintains customers’ feedback record.
- Maintains records of payments of credit bills details.
Payroll Module:
Payroll Module is incorporated with in the product to facilitate the user manage the tedious job of managing payroll with a great ease. Attendance of employees is also managed by this module only. Features provided by this module are:
- The module manages the shift wise attendance details of the employees.
- Loan, Advance & bonus records are also managed by the module.
- The facility of employee wise pay slip generation is also provided by the module.
Accounts Module:
The Accounts Module is incorporated with in the product. User need not to do data entry into the accounting software separately. The features provided by this module are:
- Financial Accounting is provided by the module.
- Banking and cash book facility is provided by the module.
- The module facilitates the user to create the separate ledgers and accounts for different parties.
- Module creates debit / credit statement.
