Store Module Details:

SRS (Store Requisition Slip)
  • Requisition Slip will be made from Kitchens to Stores for the required Item.
Receive Store Items
  • Items will be received as ordered in SRS after verification.
Purchase Order (PO)
  • Auto Item Selection Acc To Re-Order Level
  • Multi Supplier Purchase Order At the Same Time
  • Terms, Condition For Different Suppliers
  • A Schedule can also be prepared to receive same Item on Different Days.
  • Multi Item Selection
  • Supplier Selection According To preference but supplier can be changed.
Receive Store Items Acc To Purchase Order
  • Store Items Can be received As ordered in PO
  • New Rates can also be added here.
  • System will itself compare new receiving rates of Store Item will existing rates and inform user about increment or concessions in rate.
Material Inward Movement
  • Request will be generated from one store to another and Material will be issued against it. Stock will be updated every time.
Issue Store Item To Departments Acc To SRS
  • Store Items Will be issued to Kitchen Against SRS
Verification Of Issuing Store Items
  • Verification of Issued Item To Kitchen can be Done or It can be skipped if not required.
Store Items Return To Supplier
  • Defected Store Item can be returned to Supplier specifying the cause of return.
Store Item Sending To Scrap
  • Waste material will be send to scrap
